About Us

Our Story

Odak Denetim was founded in 2016 in Alanya, Antalya by Hüseyin Çakal and Ali Çoşkun Erbay Ünlü. Thus, our founding partners, who had been providing services in accounting, auditing, and consulting since 1996, combined their expertise under Odak Bağımsız Denetim. Starting from modest beginnings, with the addition of Şükrü Tavlı, Yüksel Demirel, Şükrü Ergün, and Ümmühani Doğan Yıldız, our company grew to seven partners and opened its Konya office in 2023. By 2025, we had become a respected auditing and accounting firm, providing auditing, accounting, and consulting services to companies across many regions of Turkey.

Initially serving companies in Alanya, our firm now works with companies across various regions of Turkey, including Antalya, Manavgat, Konya, Düzce, Sakarya, Istanbul, Tekirdağ, Çanakkale, and Aydın.

Some of the sectors in which we provide independent auditing, accounting, and consulting services include: food, automotive, textile machinery, cable industry, agricultural machinery, and building materials manufacturing; tourism and municipal services; hospital management; construction contracting services; financial market companies; media; retail trade and marketing; and non-profit organizations.

However, our culture and the sense of family, which is the most important thing for us, remain at the heart of our company. This is also reflected in our client base, which consists largely of families and family-owned businesses. We take great joy in our clients’ long-standing relationships with us and in being part of the successes their businesses achieve.
